OUR HISTORY AND FLEET

Brooks Spreading started as Brooks Bros Spreading Contractors Ltd in 2003 when Dean and his brother Jason bought their first Fertiliser Spreader. Brooks Spreading’s fleet consists of four Iveco spreader trucks (three based in Nelson and one in Murchison). A Case Optum tractor with both a trailing spreader and a 3 pt linkage spreader. Our specialised Fendt 209v tractor and trailing spreader for horticultural work. A Mack Trident 6×4 and 4 axle trailer bulk unit. Plus side tipping and automat trailers for self unloading into the spreaders, manitou telehandlers and a mobile elevator for loading bulk deliveries into the spreaders.
